Orchestra Trip Frankfurt October 2012

I'm trying to catch up some stuff that happened in the last few weeks, so here another post about an orchestra trip. Our orchestra the Junge Philharmonie Brandenburg celebrated its 20 year jubilee and I had the honour to be a part of it :) We had a great trip to Frankfurt am Main, the business&finances city of Germany, because our head conducter is working at the opera there. The programme we played consisted of Mahler's 4th Symphony, an exverpt from "Ah perfido!" (Beethoven) and the ravishing Romeo & Juliet Ouverture by Tschaikovsky. It was totally adorable, our hostel was near the city and we saw a lot of things. It has been a lovely 2 weeks, we have also recorded a CD and last but not least we played two concerts, one the in Alte Oper Frankfurt (wooooow, it was really huge!) and the other one at home in Berlin.
